Rocco has recently been letting me know when he does #2 by pointing to the front of his diaper and saying, "poo-poo." Today he totally surprised me by saying, "I potty," then grabbing my hand and leading me to the bathroom (he sat on the toilet for about 20 seconds but didn't go). I'm not quite ready to dance this dance again, but it seems as though I don't have much choice!
UPDATE (08.18.11): Rocco now says, "I potty" and gets up and runs to the potty almost every time I change his diaper. He has yet to put anything in the potty, but as along as he's so happy about being a "bi boy" and trying, then I'm elated!
