We ushered in December with a dusting of snow today. The snowfall appeared so peaceful from indoors, but it was terribly cold outside--freezing--and there was a considerable wind chill to boot. It was a great day for us to have nothing planned and just stay home. Nico, though, desperately wanted to go outside to make a snowman, so we bundled up and ventured out for a just a bit. Rocco wasn't impressed at all, but Nico was ecstatic. He loved touching the snow with his mitten and attempted some premature shoveling. The wind proved to be too bitter for us to stay out long, so we took the party back inside and painted some snow!
